Manchmal geht es etwas chaotisch zu, insgesamt bleibt es immer spannend. Manchmal wünsche ich mir etwas mehr Routine, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Die Realität passiert und wir müssen flexibel reagieren.
Heute gab es mal wieder Kuchen, sonst wöchentlich Obstkorb, einmal im Jahr Tannenbaumfest, ... .
Zusätzliche Brückentage sind super! Wir haben einfach alle Brückentage frei. Das liegt daran, dass wir mehr arbeiten, als im Tarifvertrag erlaubt ist. Und diese Stunden bauen wir dann ab, wenn viele gerne frei nehmen. Z.b. an Karneval, zwischen Christi Himmelfahrt und dem Wochenende, etc.
