Not much really

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Management demotivates employees by for example unrealistic revenue targets and accordingly very low income.
Secondly, due to cost savings measurements you have to do 3 roles at once. Sales, Business development, Inside sales incl. order admin which takes at least 50% of your time.

See all the terrible reviews since my review which was crafted 9 years ago, i.e. 2011. Although eunetworks by now have tried 2x times to stop the publication I just want to warn you and read carefully and make your own mind about real and fake reviews.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

see other comments, like "Tretmühle" which ultimately has consequences for the working atmosphere within euNetworks. My point of view about this is strongly influenced by day to day battles among middle management --
**update JAN 11th 2013. Since my first input end October = 5x sales people incl. me (out of former 12) " have " ("were") left the company... I believe that shows clearly what to think about euNetworks and it´s german sales management.

Kommunikation

It is simple- right?
One say it is on you to ask for information (like within euNetworks)
Others -and btw. very successful, modern thinking companies- say it on the information stakeholder to share information.
Information within euN is a limited currency

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Due to the fact that the integration of acquired companies and a small number of left employees is still under "construction" there are a few fractions within the company which consequently includes some difficulties

Work-Life-Balance

Facts: 2x companies were acquired 2011 with the respective higher revenue. Though, 90% of the former workforce were fired. Consequnetly: More work with less people by -at the same time- much higher investore expectations due to unrealistic local management forecasts.
Usually, owned to the fact that all work (see following comment on 3x roles) is hardly manageble in 10 hours you need to work 2-shift

As to political cleanliness supervisor avoid any invlovement of conflicts, neither internally nor externally towards customer

Interessante Aufgaben

Main objective for me was to set up a new sales segment.
There was a huge difference between market expectations and challenges in this new verticle. The fascinating factor was not only to devellop a new go-to-market strategy but the naive and unprofesional expectation of the company, as to revenue and time to market

well........especially after 6 employee leavings in 2012 (all were hired within 2012) - see above additional comment on top about it- you will make your own picture.....

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Only little training time but expectation to run revenue bringing from day 1. In light of unrealistic market expectations in a new market segment this is another example for investor pressure in the big picture and consequently middle management confusion
