Verbesserungsvorschläge
Give the consultants home-access and mobile phones. Give new consultants business cards from day 1 and not after they've made a sale. Give more than 1 weeks training to new starts with no recruitment experience.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally ok but the atmosphere drastically changes when the MD is in the office.
Kommunikation
Zero communication. Weekly one-to-one meetings with management where you have to explain your "pipeline" and where the next sale is coming from.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Company operate a "hire and fire" policy so was diffucult to build relationships as someone just joining could be gone 2-3 months later.
Work-Life-Balance
Occasional after work drinks which is nice. You are expected to go for drinks when the MD is in town and it's a big problem if you don't attend. Had to pay towards Christmas party (meal and a few drinks afterwards).
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The MD is very involved and all the staff (including managers) are scared of him. He's based in London and visits once per month (or more if sales are low). As a result Munich based management are unapproachable.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on your area. Company is established mainly in sales and marketing so there is clients here, otherwise you're on your own. Relative freedom to persue clients.

If the management and MD like you then you'll be fine, otherwise unlikely to last 6 months.

Only the MD who is about 60.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice location but office is quite run down now. Free bottled water is good but kitchen is normally a mess.
If you want to call a candidate in the evening you are expected to use your private telephone as they do not provide a work phone. Also no home access (except for management) so if you have a lot on you need to stay late in the office rather than work from home.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Overuse of printer and no recycling is made in the office. In my time saw no social investment.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Basic salary is abysmal for Munich. Like any agency role you can earn more if you make sales but Euro London also have a very poor commission scheme.

Would not recommend to anyone with recruitment experience. If you're a graduate and have nothing else then give it a try, they will likely hire 4 people and only 1 will complete the probation time.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Even the management a recruiters so you'll always be doing the same role only with a little people responsibility (and more pressure from MD).
