After almost 2 adventurous years at EuroEyes
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The first part of my time I worked in Hamburg, the second I worked in China (based in Shanghai). Both places were people wise absolutely amazing. Young, excitable staff with a great spirit both on and off work.
Kommunikation
A little difficult from time to time due to HQ being based in both Hamburg and Shanghai (6-7h time difference). But overall good communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great team! Especially in Hamburg the team spirit is amazing. Everybody is motivated and people help each other out wherever they can. When I first started out in the medical part, I was glad to have such great colleagues to help me out get the hang of things quickly.
Work-Life-Balance
It is a lot of work, but it’s fun work. If your willing to put effort into understanding the business and growing it in the various medical areas you will learn to love it. If you like to travel from time to time you will appreciate it even more. It can be demanding from time to time to keep up with the current growth, but seeing tons of happy patients leaving the clinics always makes it worthwhile in the end.

Interessante Aufgaben
I think this is probably my favourite part about working at EuroEyes. Working for a company that actually offers a great product that people love just feels incredibly good. And the background of EuroEyes being a listed company makes the expansion and growth of the company both in Germany, Scandinavia and globally a very interesting task!
Gleichberechtigung
Nowadays especially in our China devision there’s primarily women in the leading positions. So no problem there.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you want to expand your horizon either medically or operationally it will always be appreciated and you will given the chance. It does take some extra effort in showing your willingness to participate in the journey though.
