The core issue doesn’t stem from bad intentions but from a fundamental lack of understanding of what a company - and its employees - actually need. Many of the managers are highly intelligent and technically skilled, but they lack the social and organizational competence to foster a functional, motivating work environment. They are simply unable to perceive how their behavior and decisions impact others.
In theory, resolving this would require replacing the current leadership with people who have real business and people-management experience - but since the existing managers are also the founders, that’s not a realistic option. On top of that, any hope of strategic clarity is undermined by the constant change in direction dictated by the parent company. As a result, the situation is largely unfixable under the current conditions.

Kommunikation
Social interaction between colleaques are minimal, often awkward, and collaboration between teams are mostly discouraged by management and rarely tolerated.
But everyone is so friendly and speak English with me.

Well there is a lot to do and the projects are very interesting as well.
