Expertlead Team

thank you so much for this detailed feedback helping us grow :) I'm happy to address the points you see potential to grow

Communication
We do feel the same, getting 5* in communication might not be possible, at the same time this is something we are continiously investing in.

Diversity (demographic)
As a young start-up we do seem to attract young adults and while have an average age of 26, we do focus on diversity in hiring. This will grow with time.

Image
We are investing in new employer branding initiatives for more visibility and are excited to evaluate what they will bring us.

Please do reach out to us with more feedback, either in Q&A's, all-teams-demos, feedback sessions or schedule a 1:1 with your p&c team or our founders. All the very best :)
