Working at Expertlead has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The challenging projects and dynamic team environment have pushed me to develop new skills and grow as a professional over the past years.

Our company culture is truly amazing - everyone is supportive, collaborative, and passionate about their work; creating a fun and inspiring workplace that makes coming to work something to look forward to.

Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to work at Expertlead. It's a place that truly values its employees and provides opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Communication
We do feel the same, getting 5* in communication might not be possible, at the same time this is something we are continiously investing in.

Diversity (demographic)
As a young start-up we do seem to attract young adults and while have an average age of 26, we do focus on diversity in hiring. This will grow with time.
