Wouldn‘t recommend to anyone working there - IMHO expertlead is only about profit, people are not valued at all.

Just start to value your employees and don‘t exploit them and expect them to do crazy amounts of overtime for your profit. There has been always a good amount of fluctuation to prove my points. All the colleagues I have been working together with were gone as well quite quickly.

If you are not doing enough overtime you will definitely hear that in your performance review

They communicate in a pretty special way - using all hands to expose teams/employees for „bad performance“

That has been really great. Everyone is supporting each other but no thanks to the company culture.

Doing overtime all the time. Did talk about it permanently but in the end I was blamed myself for doing overtime.

First I had a really great teamlead who was really supporting but then that changed and the new teamlead wasn‘t supporting at all only demanding, totally normalizing a lot of overtime

Interessante Aufgaben

Tasks were good in the beginning but then there was a change and we lost quality and I talked to anyone about our missing quality now, but they people who could have changed that didn‘t want to hear it.

As already mentioned several times. High overtime is totally normalized and you will definitely get negative evaluations if you are not willing to do overtime

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

They pay below average. Especially if you are starting your career but as well for senior positions as I did talk with colleagues about it.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

They don‘t really offer anything. I could only get a training as my teamlead was taking care of that.

work-life-balance and working times:
While we don't have core working hours we recommend every individual to align with their respective teams on coloborative times creating the right harmony between doing what you enjoy the most in your personal time and what we need to get done within our teams to disrupt the industry. Being a partially remote first company (for those who desire) we naturally work in different timezones that requires alignment to make sure we get a minimum of 4 hours of collaborative time.
Working overtime has never been and never will be a requirement for us. It is about getting things done, our targets are defined with high ambition and are reachable. On the contrary when we notice someone might be struggling we offer guidance. Most importantly our Management Team get's coached to provide a sustainable work environment for their teams.

Management // Communication
During our weekly Monday all-hands we create a unique visibility into our current business numbers and department projects, by making sure every individual within Expertlead has full tranparency into our company results without a filter.
If you are not happy with your current lead, it is very important to us to get more details so we can look into it for your and make a difference.

Salaries
Our salaries are aligned with external Benchmarks. Until now we have actually received the feedback (internally and candidates) that our salaries are competitive. If you noticed those benchmarks might not be accurate, we are grateful to receive references to learn from and make changes accordingly.

Career Development
Every team has a career development plan in place that our leads lay focus on discussing during the Q2 and Q4 feedback sessions (during the Q1 and Q3 feedbacks we keep the process more slim). Apart from that we offer Udemy logins and personal development budgets to support each indivual in their development path.
