Ich schätze vor allem die Flexibilität, das Vertrauen, das Team, die Kommunikation und Offenheit und das regelmäßige Feedback
Expertlead bietet einen traumhaften Arbeitsplatz mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Jeder im Team ist jederzeit bereit einem zu helfen, die Kultur ist sehr divers, offen, kommunikativ und immer freundlich. Ich wurde ab dem ersten Tag so aufgenommen, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann.
Das Betriebsklima ist vertrauensvoll und Feedback erhält man regelmäßig von dem direkten Vorgesetzten und Kollegen in quartalsweisen Gesprächen, 3x in der Probezeit und zudem täglich direkt.
Expertlead setzt eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem eigenen Team täglich von 4h voraus, die Arbeitszeiten sind sehr flexibel, private Termine im Tagesablauf sind kein Problem
Zudem kann komplett remote gearbeitet werden und auch aus dem Ausland
Ich habe eine enorme Flexibilität in meinem Job, welche ich sehr schätze

Die Kommunikation bei Expertlead ist insgesamt sehr offen. Wöchentlich werden die Zahlen präsentiert, sowie Highlights und Learnings der einzelnen Teams besprochen.
Manchmal würde eine frühzeitigere Kommunikation (auf Gründerebene) helfen Dinge nachvollziehen zu können.

The atmosphere in general is great, the team is supportive of each other across departments, something very special. Sadly this atmosphere is detracted by unbelievable pressure on reaching higher goals each week, month, quarter, year.
working from home is a nice touch indeed, however if you´re required to be there from 9am to 6pm it certainly does not express flexibility of any kind. And beware of leaving the office earlier than 6pm, you´ll get unhappy side glances.
no Investment in people. If you do not prove yourself, there is no willingness to invest in you to bring out the best version of your self in order to have the company profit from you.
no transparency management wise. A lot of talk, but no real information is shared.

Expertlead is becoming a well known brand among the tech freelancers and the companies. It stands for good service and visionary approach.
The goals are ambitious but make it possible to keep your work-life - balance. The company is fully supporting the well-being of the employees and is constantly seeking feedback to react to any disturbing signals.
The company is encouraging a constant growth and supports with relevant trainings (if relevant). The expectations are transparent and the feedback bilateral and fair. The promotion decisions are being communicated transparently and every case is being considered very fairly.
The salaries are fair, the company additionally provides extra benefits for the employees and adjusts those based on their feedback.
The office supply is mostly eco and fair trade. The company motivates the employees to make eco decisions around their job.
The collaboration, despite big ambitions, is pleasant and based on a mutual respect and high motivation to achieve results as a team. Ego has no access.
The age is not important at expertlead. The team is diverse, with both colleagues just starting their career and those with multiple years of experience.
The company creates also a good environment for the career development. Employees are being promoted after achieving higher level of seniority, loyalty is being rewarded.
The management is always in a close alignment with the teams, actively seeks feedback to ensure a proper goal setting and a good working environment.
The office is very comfortable, well equipped and located centrally. The company is open for a flexible working arrangements, including working from home (permanently, without any need to relocate to Berlin).
The hierarchy is flat and despite a rapidly growing team the communication cause no problems. A transparency of the joint goals is being assured on all the management levels. And modern tools make it easy to effectively communicate in and between the teams.
The ratio of women and men on the leading positions is 1:1. The company promotes for achievements and is not biased.
There is no boredom at expertlead. The company has an ambitious mission and is not afraid of being the 1st on the market trying new methods, approaches, strategies.
Excellent communication, flat hierarchy, great incentives, challenging work and excellent office culture. Considering we are all working remotely this is an amazing acheivement

Great working atmosphere and team events. Possibility of ownership and responsibility during my internship time as well as high flexibility are highly valued. I also had the opportunity to write my bachelor thesis about my work here, what really helped me with my studies/work balance.
Communication and processes need to keep on evolving as we do, that's however a chance to keep on improving
It would be great to get more encouragement to keep on learning German, since the corporate language is English and its sometimes difficult not to loose it
