Working at Expertlead has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The challenging projects and dynamic team environment have pushed me to develop new skills and grow as a professional over the past years.
Our company culture is truly amazing - everyone is supportive, collaborative, and passionate about their work; creating a fun and inspiring workplace that makes coming to work something to look forward to.
Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to work at Expertlead. It's a place that truly values its employees and provides opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
Nothing.
Nothing. I’m very happy.
I’m not sure if we are very well known among candidates
Working remotely whenever I desire from anywhere
For the past 2,5 years ive personally had endless opportunities
We have health weeks and annual environmental weeks
Not sure if we have many “old” people.
Trust from the founders and C-Level
I feel like it’s impossible for anyone to get 5* here
Everyone acts on eye level. Hard to tell if you’re speaking to an intern or the C-Level. Everyone is valued the same.
Very challenging, if you’re looking for a rewarding environment it’s the perfect place
Just start to value your employees and don‘t exploit them and expect them to do crazy amounts of overtime for your profit. There has been always a good amount of fluctuation to prove my points. All the colleagues I have been working together with were gone as well quite quickly.
If you are not doing enough overtime you will definitely hear that in your performance review
Doing overtime all the time. Did talk about it permanently but in the end I was blamed myself for doing overtime.
They don‘t really offer anything. I could only get a training as my teamlead was taking care of that.
That has been really great. Everyone is supporting each other but no thanks to the company culture.
First I had a really great teamlead who was really supporting but then that changed and the new teamlead wasn‘t supporting at all only demanding, totally normalizing a lot of overtime
As already mentioned several times. High overtime is totally normalized and you will definitely get negative evaluations if you are not willing to do overtime
They communicate in a pretty special way - using all hands to expose teams/employees for „bad performance“
They pay below average. Especially if you are starting your career but as well for senior positions as I did talk with colleagues about it.
Tasks were good in the beginning but then there was a change and we lost quality and I talked to anyone about our missing quality now, but they people who could have changed that didn‘t want to hear it.
- (international) team spirit
- the business model - you actually do good work that helps all stakeholders
- the ambitious drive that motivates to aim higher
- diversity is not only a nice term but gets lived daily
- the honest and straight forward communication
- remote first gets supported in various ways (e.g. online events for foreign employees to get to know the team)
Keep up the good work
Maybe I am biased because I used to be entrepreneur, but if you work focused, you do not need to do overtime
There are almost no old colleagues though
Motivating, ambitious, straight forward, honest, fair
Even though it's remote first - it feels like you get to know your colleagues quickly. Everyone is easy to talk to and
You get responsibilities quickly, if you want them
Wage ratio.
Value People. Less talk, more action.
The atmosphere in general is great, the team is supportive of each other across departments, something very special. Sadly this atmosphere is detracted by unbelievable pressure on reaching higher goals each week, month, quarter, year.
working from home is a nice touch indeed, however if you´re required to be there from 9am to 6pm it certainly does not express flexibility of any kind. And beware of leaving the office earlier than 6pm, you´ll get unhappy side glances.
no Investment in people. If you do not prove yourself, there is no willingness to invest in you to bring out the best version of your self in order to have the company profit from you.
no transparency management wise. A lot of talk, but no real information is shared.
Excellent communication, flat hierarchy, great incentives, challenging work and excellent office culture. Considering we are all working remotely this is an amazing acheivement
I dont have any
Keep up the great work!
Great working atmosphere and team events. Possibility of ownership and responsibility during my internship time as well as high flexibility are highly valued. I also had the opportunity to write my bachelor thesis about my work here, what really helped me with my studies/work balance.
Communication and processes need to keep on evolving as we do, that's however a chance to keep on improving
It would be great to get more encouragement to keep on learning German, since the corporate language is English and its sometimes difficult not to loose it
