Having worked in different companies with different setups I like the level of professionalism Factory Berlin is offering towards members, partners etc, especially with regard to the complexity of the product/services and for the fact of being a startup still. Maybe they aren't solutions or processes in place for every need or problem, but I like that the creative and supportive team makes things happen.
The team is diverse, open-minded and super nice to each other - never experienced so little tensed situations at a working place. It is also a big plus that any team member can bring in ideas or make suggestions which are taken seriously, so there is the chance to shape the company or parts of its products and services together. It's a nice place to work which offers participation in all the community events, perks, flexible + trust based working hours, great parties and fun. Last I love the work place being the community and the possibility to always meet and exchange with such inspiring people throughout almost every sector.
Factory Berlin is quite a cool place to be and work.

It is quite normal for a fast paced environment to try out different things therefore it can get hectic and may seem unorganised. Even though the company and the team are doing a great job, it needs some time to get used to handling all those opportunities in a more structured and focused way.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We work in a community campus full of inspiring people and provide a platform for matchmaking. Communication and exchanging ideas is key - therefore it can get more vivid which is fine in an open office like most other startups.
