Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The team is great and everyone is super supportive. There was a lot of support especially in the first weeks. You get a lot of responsibility, but also in a way you can handle. There is so much to do it does not get boring,
Remote work is also not a problem at all!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The salary is expandable.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Sometimes it would be nice, if there would be some more feedback from the team lead.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is open & friendly and very supportive
Kommunikation
Regular weekly updates from the founder team.
