Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great mission and product, team spirit, practicality and transparency of decisions.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Office becomes smaller (not an issue during corona), no cheap parking near the office.

In my opinion it is super nice.

Good transparent communication about what happens in the company (in weeklies or monthlies).
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good compensation package if you compare to other startups. FAANG of course pay better :D
