People trusted to do their jobs, but still held accountable (treated like adults without micromanaging). Positive work environment. Balance of home office and in-office. Good data setup, and data-driven decisions taken. Completely dog-friendly office space.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
that people don't put their dishes in the dishwasher. shared kitchen space made messy, and left to cleaners or office management, instead of people pitching in loading their dishes or unloading clean when needed.

Monthly 30 mins with team isn't enough. Increase will improve "single team feeling". Add benefits to help with retention and motivation

Friendly colleagues who seem motivated. Office space is nice but quiet. Employees trusted to do their job, without micromanaging

Existing silos breaking down recently means improved communications between some departments. Mix of home office and in-person means lots of online calls, which can occasionally mean repeating topics due to people distracted online

compared with past experience, felmo is very transparent in decision making reasons. c-levels are transparent and quick to help when needed
