Very open and respectful work atmosphere. All colleagues are very supportive and try to help where they can. Everyone is very interested in building expert knowledge in all kinds of fields.
Kommunikation
Very open feedback culture in all directions. Weekly global team calls establish a regular and transparent basis. Projects are also regularly presented in lecture lunches or other formats to give the entire team an insight.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team is key focus. Even during Corona-times the communication among each other is reinforced, through (online-)events etc.
Work-Life-Balance
A lot of responsibility but also a lot of freedom. Better than most consulting businesses, but obviously still no 40h work week. Reals work load is generally highly dependent on the current project. However, it is valued that every single person really takes his entire vacation over the year.

Leadership and personal mentor are always approachable. Project managers give the team a feeling of support and appreciation.

Mostly male dominated as most consulting/engineering companies. Specific headhunting of women conducted to achieve more diversity. Nevertheless, every individual is treated equally.

All in all a very young team, however senior colleagues are highly regarded and are hired regulary, to let everyone benefit from their experience.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Modern offices with height adjustable tables and sufficient IT-infastructure. Additional hardware is available upon request. Homeoffice no problem.

Career path can be actively shaped. Trainings (internal/external) are conducted on a regulary basis and highly appreciated. Experienced colleagues are always keen to pass on their knowledge. Very steep learning curve!
