I like the employer as we are growing fast and the only focus is to make the best platform in this industry. You can have a direct impact on the business if you want. Everyone gets the benefit of business success. If there is a good achievement you will get a good bonus at the end of the year.
Not sure why someone mentioned in the feedback there is no 1:1 and daily, all teams have daily every day and 1:1 scheduled every month with the direct reporting manager.
