Highly hierarchical, not international-friendly company
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company is currently doing well
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Previous management had a high focus on the people, trust in people and employee satisfaction. This changed a lot with the new management, focus on people is not done by organizing barbeque, but by actually helping them maintain a healthy worklife balance and respecting different personalities and age groups
Verbesserungsvorschläge
If you want to become an attractive employer, you do that by offering benefits, fair salaries and flexible working arrangements. Such strict rules as office attendance and no possibility for international colleagues to visit their family make you highly unattractive
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Not great, unfortunately not the place to work if you have a family. There is a lot of pressure to attend several in person events, meaning that you need to be in person every day in the office (which is not even located very close to the city center). Moreover, as an international, it is not the place to work - most meetings are in german, working from abroad is highly restricted to few countries and people have been fired even for working 1 day from a non-EU country, even though German regulation allows it. Very extreme rules that are just not made to retain international talent
Kommunikation
Not much alignment between teams
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Some colleagues are nice
Work-Life-Balance
Due to the pressure of attending events in person and to be in the office as often as possible, impossible to maintain a worklife balance, considering 2h travel time per day
Interessante Aufgaben
Highly operational work, no trust in data and data products
Gleichberechtigung
It all depends on the relationship with the management and how often you attend events go to parties
