There are many experienced and competent leaders with years of experience in their field. I feel when I see them around and happy to learn from them.
People department is generally constructive. Company tries to keep its people and there are many examples of rejoining to Flaconi even after leaving the company.

There are also first time leaders grown into the leadership roles in the same company who are learning the management. They have a long tenure in the company. Some of them perform well and some of them are still learning. Sometimes it seems to become challenging to work along with a first time manager due to this dynamic and it seems to affect the team morale.

Salary is ok, the salary raise path is challenging a bit in my experience. There is a flea market opportunity where you can buy great beauty products in much cheaper prices.

As company sells beauty products, this area is limited unfortunately due to the nature of the business.

I don’t know the average age in the company but I don't see old colleagues much. It is always good to have wisdom of the aged professionals.

Office is amazing, the view from the meeting rooms is stunning. Also needed laptop and everything is top quality.
