Good place to work still under construction
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In flaconi you will find a friendly atmosphere. Management is respectful, good listeners (or they try hard to be), colleagues are polite and welcoming. Currently, it feels like everyone wants to be the best version of themself so Flaconi can reach "the next level". Why not five stars? Flaconi is still finding his way both in the industry and company culture, and because it's been in the market for so long, there's a constant clash between corporate life (established processes, legacy culture, iterative improvements) and start-up life (controlled chaos, evolving culture, disruptive innovation).
Kommunikation
The company has established a very good set of rituals and communication channels so that everyone is on the same page on important events that may affect the whole organization (top-down comms). Why not five stars? Down-to-top communication and cross-department-communication have room for improvement.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Between colleagues there's a very good vide, lay-back attitude where you'll feel you can be 95% transparent.
Work-Life-Balance
At Flaconi you'll have to come twice a week to the office (which does not have the best connection to public transportation) and due to the current ways or work, you'll find little room for a real "flexible-hours" set up. However, the company is trying to find solutions and is mostly open to accommodate special situations.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I would say Flaconi excels at this considering the size of the company. You will feel conformable saying "no" to your lead when the goals or requests set are unrealistic. Conflicts are mostly embraced and handled respectfully (although this is a topic I have to improve myself.)
