Stay away from the IT

Exponential growth that the company and people are not able to cope with. Goals that can not be reached.
Like said before if you are a developer, tester, product manager or anyone who would potentially work in the IT - please stay away from that department. It is being, not managed, but controlled by the management. There is either the way of the management or no way. You have no choice but do whatever and however they want. Even if they are is wrong. Well in their opinion they are never wrong anyway - its always someone else.
Terrible work atmosphere because of that. No motivation, everyone is just waiting to leave the office and go home.
