Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

• Relatively, good compensation; compared to the average Berlin start up • 30 days of holidays • Nice office • Open to experimentation

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

• Unrealistic expectations for results - Extreme pressure • Constant change of strategy and supervisors; my set up changed 4 times in less than a year • Do not keep their promises; I was promised a specific set up to join, but found a completely different setting when I joined (team, responsibilities, expectations etc) • Home office and work from abroad severe limitations • Teams work in silos, not caring about how their outcome will affect other teams • Broken communications • Short sighted strategy

Unfortunately I have to agree with you on some points and I am sorry that we did not deliver on everything we had promised to you. The learnings from the past have been rolled into the new strategy and we are on a good path to change and improve things now and in future.
