Leadership have lost their way. Firings and budget cuts due to greed (we aren't growing FAST ENOUGH). The team has stood with the company through thick and thin and gets no loyalty in return. Leadership preaches water and drinks wine.

understand that the people are what have made Formlabs successful in the past. Get leaderships rampant greed under control. Rewatch "print the legend" and try not becoming another Makerbot.
