Colleagues are nice and pleasant to work with.

The behaviour was very unpleasant. On the surface, everything looked as though they were kind, yet with time I realised it was just an appearance. Agreement is reached, yet the action is different. That happened on a regular basis. I am not exactly sure what the point of alignment and agreements is if we are not following the agreements.

Important messages are not communicated in time or at all. One department does not know what the other is doing.

We take your review seriously and regret that your expectations and our company culture apparently did not align.

Regarding communication: Over the past years, we have deliberately established various formats – from bi-weekly reviews to monthly Town Hall meetings. Transparency and strategy communication are not empty promises at FoxInsights, but lived practice. If individual information still doesn't always reach everyone, we take this as a signal to further refine our formats.

Regarding leadership behavior: FoxInsights is an entrepreneurial company for people who want to make an impact. We would not have reached our position in seven years if we did not function as a team – and team at FoxInsights always means direct, open contact between employees and their managers. We expect a lot, but we also offer a lot.

Regarding environmental/social awareness: As a growing IoT and SaaS company, we need to be economically successful in order to offer an attractive work environment, fair salaries, and development opportunities in the first place. For us, both go hand in hand.

We are pleased that you experienced collegiality positively.
