Management: employer will always make you feel uncomfortable. Management has successful split the employee and created a toxic atmosphere inside the whole Team. They will make always sure you feel yourself a Number which is easily replaceable.
Management is union unfriendly and will try to "broke" you if for example you get sick.

No communication, no Briefing. Any change or adjustment in the operatiin....you have to found it by yourself out (always through printed Papiere attached to the wall ( not that professional!))

With Teamleader some of them are great and professional and some of them only if you are beautiful Lady they will help you .
Work-Life-Balance
You work in airport. Due of the shift work system, you should forget about privat life. Anyway from April until October 185 hours monthly at least . 5days work and 1 day free is normal!
