could be better, but there is some effort made by establishing team events (within working groups, but also institute-wide)

In my case, I could always rely on open communication and a very sympathetic attitude towards the employees. There was no inappropriate pressure from top to bottom.

Sometimes a bit noisy in the open-plan office. This will be better once the new office building is built.

Interessante Aufgaben
Good mix of tasks, good balance between desk and lab (cleanroom) - but this strongly depends on the working position. Really cool and innovative research topics.
