they should definitely pay better salaries to their employees. Give them decent clothes, and pay more for the meal allowance in long trips. Meal allowance just work when you ask for it, it should not be like that. The employer puts a lot of pressure on his employees asking too much and give so little.

You get worn clothes from others, ex employees. Clothes in pretty bad condition and sometimes smelly because they wash them in a washroom without air circulation.

- 25 . I think this is a very honest way to say it. I found out about essential stuff months after starting working in the company. Actually I am surprised how the company keeps going having serial issues of communication. They do not tell you very important things you must know to develop your regular job.
