I like that everyone is heard if you have to say something, what's more or less conditional.
Everyone is seen as a human being, not just a work resource.
The colleagues are handpicked and we have a familiar relationship, even dogs are allowed and are part of the team ;-)

Nothing bad in particular, of course small things are annoying, but nothing big.
