Corona time showed how much they care, even small stuff like chocolates during Easter or Christmas, they actually managed to send it to each single employee even though we work from home, as well as masks and even social support.

People are friendly, you can setup you own workspace as you like, they don't mind buying something that you like for your setup as long as it's not over the top.

Can't really complain, sometimes I get surprised if someone from another department is leaving, but I guess this information in limited because of the datenschutz

They encourage you not to say more than needed at work, an try to plan ahead so you don't have to.

of course there are always daily business that is not quite interesting, but every month you at least get to work on a new project, which is interesting.
