Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Communication is low, didn't get paid on time, no trust between workers and management.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
You get the occasional well done but half the time it doesn't feel sincere. Does depend on the manager though.
Kommunikation
Hit and miss there. There were regular meetings but certain info was always missing and if you actually needed it for your work well your own fault for not knowing about it.

How can I make myself look best? That seems to be the attitude.

Everyone does more hours then they actually get paid for. If you don't your job is pretty much gone.

It's all about the who knows who not what the person knows or can do in this firm.
Interessante Aufgaben
Working together as a group seems non existent at times. Only if the group is interested can you expect help to a fair level - otherwise expect to it alone.

Again it depends on if you are in "that" group. If you are not you get pretty much frozen out.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Mostly people in their early 20s are recruited. Never really worked with anyone above 40.

That seemed okay to me when I visited the office.

My money was never on time. And once was late by an entire 4 months with me constantly having to chase it up. It's why I am no longer with the firm and would not advise anyone to start there.
