You will get fired for a reason when you criticise the C-Level,
Works council is a taboo. They just dont want see the real problems, and look away. They are loosing tomorrow to save today.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Do not let your employees suffer just only some managers show you temporarily good numbers. The half of the marketing team has changed in the last few months. The point is reached where no qualified people applies for new jobs in Gamigo group

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Many people are scared to lose their jobs. Management tells in the meetings that they appreciate your work and the same people get fired after a few weeks. Its only about what the C-Level thinks about you and not your performance. The growing strategy is to acquire companies which are mainly in minus, re-structure them (which means in this case firing people) and get more investors.

Only the positive messages will be shared at the monthly meetings.

Maybe one of the only positive aspects within the group except the management level

flex-time & home-office is officially allowed but this depends in which department you are working and not welcomed

Vorgesetztenverhalten

You are expected to work more than in your contract without getting paid. Otherwise its communicated that you should go and work at a bank in the marketing meetings! To get you under pressure, You get accused with topics which does not match with the reality and feel demotivated.
The targets are more than utopic to reach with 8-9 year old free2play games with partially awful graphics.

HR answers that you should solve your problem with your supervisor when you are supposed to work 12 hours on some days or asked to drive on sunday to another city just because your supervisor wants you to do so. They push you so hard in some cases that quiting is better for your health. Its not allowed to get holidays even of there is a no special ban on holidays
