unclear team goals and in general not clear organisation

having at least an annual view of company objectives could lead to improved productivity and workers' mood
A scrum team is is designed to improve the work flow not vice versa
Working atmosphere
beautiful offices, canteen and cafè really impressive but unfortunately many colleagues who are poorly prepared and not at all stimulating
