Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Super nice team and interesting tasks!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The coffee machine is undersized.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Bigger coffee machine.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere is very good. This was not always the case, which can happen, unfortunately, at a startup, but now the company as a whole has found to itself :-)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The atmosphere in and between the teams is excellent.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Since I am one of those, I can say: perfect :D
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working conditions are flexible and reflect both, the interests of the individual as well as the team.
Kommunikation
Communication is always respectful and focused, in a relaxed way. Usually English is spoken, as in this startup people from many different countries work together.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are interesting, challenging and versatile.
