Observe positions with high turnover and reflect whether there may be a singular reason. Especially if the problems are brought to attention.

But the TeamLead was trying to keep his own "kingdom" and rule absolute.

High praise to be inserted here. In general very good. Days before prolonged time off could be stressful so as to have a "cleared desk".

The company and parent company (Getinge) offer a lot. If you can persuade your teamlead to be allowed to pursue them. I apparently couldn't convince him to allow that.

Internal communication in Rastatt was a given.
Information may have taken some detours but was eventually available. Reasons for certain decisions however were sometimes "elusive".

Quite a large portion of female personel in Rastatt. Including Management and Team-Lead positions.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks and projects were interesting. Some challenging, and yes: there were boring or "routine" tasks as well.
