My best employer so far...
Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich Forschung / Entwicklung in Weinheim gearbeitet.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great collaboration with all departments
Image
GLIWA is very well recognized (as "the timing experts") in the automotive industry!
Gehalt/Benefits
Could be a bit more competitive but looking at the entire package and that GLIWA is still a small company, it's a minor point.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
A lot of focus on the environment, instead of Christmas presents for customers donations to organizations.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It's really fun working with all the colleagues, everybody is nice and focussed on finding the best possible solution!
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Really everybody is included and treated equally!
Interessante Aufgaben
The product is great!
