So far it's all very positive. I'm saying this from having had mostly bad to mild work experiences in Berlin in the past, so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised. I've never had such a healthy work environment. I find the workplace respectful of the employees, good work-life balance, flexibility and actually it seems people are competent in their roles, which honestly all of this makes you want to give your best.
