Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It used to be all very positive. Particularly the work-life balance.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Restructuring. Fixed contracts. No job security

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It used to be good, until their laid off my team lead.

Kommunikation

It used to be ok, now it is pretty chaotic

Work-Life-Balance

One of the bests I've ever had.

Interessante Aufgaben

Not anymore

Arbeitsbedingungen

Very good. Working from home, flexibility, and pretty decent benefits. But the vibe has changed in the recent months due to restructuring. Everyday can be your last.

We’re very happy to have you on board and are excited to continue this journey together. Here’s to building, learning, and growing as a team. 🚀

Warm regards,
Michelle
