The working atmosphere at glow25 is truly amazing. For a company that is fully remote, it's crazy how we've grown personal relationships with colleagues that live kilometers away from us. And how in every Glowcation and company party, offiste or in person workshop, we all come together full of energy and good vibes.
Work-Life-Balance
Ranked the highest, because as a mom myself, having had the opportunity to manage my schedule with complete flexibility has been the best company benefit glow25 could've ever given me. The way this work is by inspiring each employee to own their deliverables so that, yes - maybe you can pause your work to do a 45' workout, and then come back to your desk and put the time in.

During the time I've worked at glow25 I've experienced the transition from the 3 founders to two new C-Levels, so - a lot of changes. But also for the better. I've seen our management culture in senior management evolve with this, and with each quarter passing, how the setup became leaner, much more efficient, much more professional and aligned.
That said, come on: we're still a business in expansion. So things break sometimes. And we're human - so we go and fix them to the best of our possibilities. And you naturally can't make everybody happy all the time. And maybe sometimes things take a bit longer to be optimal as everyone would want them. BUT: the transformation we've gone through gives me hope that management will thrive in the years to come.
Kommunikation
I rank communication pretty high at glow25 because I never experienced it being a blocker. Yes, sure - at times in companies experiencing tremendous growth really fast, things can fall through. But with the right feedback, we always found our ways to keep things going and - in due time - communication was passing through to every layer of the organization.

Holy cow yes. I mean, launching the fastest-acting collagen on Earth, and seeing Bill Kaulitz take a product your team built, has been a real ride.
