Great employer, with some obvious growth pains

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Level of trust and green-field setup. In a scale-up setup there is many easy wins, and real ability to provide impact.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

While we prioritise growth, the operational inefficiencies are catching up with us.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The core processes and communication is lagging due to hyper-growth in last 3 years.

Arbeitgeber-Kommentar

Dear colleague,

Thank you so much for your kind and honest words! It means a lot to hear that you appreciate the trust, freedom and impact you have at Glow25 - that’s exactly the environment we want to create for everyone here.

And yes, you’re absolutely right - with fast growth come a few bumps along the way. We’re working hard to bring more structure and clarity into our processes without losing the agility that makes Glow special. :)

Thanks for being part of this journey and for helping us keep getting better every day. 🌟

Warmly,
Michelle
