Top management is bullying other managers and employees, who then also start to bully each other. A lot of gossip. Very unprofessional. Someone from top management is acting very inappropriate against women.. sending offensive text messages and making very inappropriate moves. No names given, but let's say the person is VERY important to the company.

Everything is very cheap. Chairs and desks are not ergonomic, I actually got a bad back ache from this and needed to be on sick leave for two weeks.

Please, don't do this if you want to learn and grow. There are no real seniors to learn from. No development plans. If you want to stay in Berlin for a while to party, then why not!
