Let the management do their job would be a smart idear, otherwise you don't need them. Should maybe provide more and better work equipment

For sure was grand some years ago, but gets "ungranded" by the owners, which are saving the hostel into the mediocre void of berlin hostels

Night shift is paid quite well, the rest gets a little over minimum wage

Quite a good team and spirit, the managers are at least trying and there is an event from time to time

The managers are not allowed to make any decisions and the owners are really bad. One of them is deep down in some kind of god complex
Arbeitsbedingungen
Furniture and work equipment is falling apart with no intention of replacing it.

Bar and reception is quite fun, but nearly no tip, because card payment only and you are not allowed a tip box or accept tip via card
