the working atmosphere is generally very pleasant. of course there is a bit of friction during the more stressful phases, but I think that's all within the bounds of normal and understandable.

Communication is often good and open. in principle, however, it is sometimes the case that more transparency is desired. however, it is also understandable that not every topic can be dealt with completely transparently, as not every topic is something for all employees. however, efforts are made to act as openly and honestly as possible.

the cohesion within the company is generally very pleasant and good. of course there are always small disputes from time to time, but these are usually resolved quickly.
Work-Life-Balance
work-life balance depends a bit on how much there is to do, obviously. but basically i think you can manage it well and you're not constantly overloaded because of work. in pitching phases there's always a bit more going on, of course, but the workload comes in waves, which means you also have quieter phases.
