Engaging projects, but flawed leadership & toxic culture make it a challenging and unsustainable workplace

On the positive side, my colleagues were very friendly during my time at GreenDelta. Sadly, in the end, we all left.

The founder/CEO, comes across as narcissistic, is highly unorganized but at the same times sometimes overly focused on micro-managing, while showing little effort in supporting employees. Fair treatment cannot be relied upon. The consistently high staff turnover is a clear indicator of these problems. LinkedIn comments of the founder give a hint of his personality.

Working at GreenDelta could, in theory, be a great experience, as the projects themselves are genuinely interesting, often relate to important topics, and the founder has deep knowledge about LCAs. Unfortunately, the founder ruins almost everything that could make this workplace enjoyable.
