Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The communication from the C-suite was deeply disappointing. Employees were given no meaningful information about the company’s situation or any planned cost-saving measures. Instead, we were unexpectedly invited to a short call and told that nearly half of the workforce would be laid off. More transparent and timely communication would have shown greater respect for the employees affected.
