Two offices. One team.
gridX was born in Aachen in 2016 but already in 2017 we opened a second office in Munich. To ensure location does not separate us we organize regular virtual and in-person events to make Aachen and Munich feel closer than the 621 Autobahn kilometers.
Wirklich alle Kollegen sind sehr motiviert und pro-aktiv. Es gibt niemanden, den ich als unmotiviert oder unhöflich empfinde. Die Stimmung ist wirklich sehr gut, und ich freue mich wirklich jeden Tag hier arbeiten zu dürfen!
Ich arbeite im Homeoffice, kann aber zu beliebiger Zeit auch vor Ort in Aachen und/oder München arbeiten. Unterkunft und Reise wird von gridX übernommen.
Die Freiheiten und Möglichkeiten sich mit dem einzubringen, was einem am besten liegt, wie auch das Vertrauen dass einem entgegen gebracht wird.

Dass man hier einen Job mit Purpose findet, an einem spannenden und zukunftsträchtigen Produkt arbeiten kann und gleichzeitig ein Team gleichgesinnter Leute um sich herum hat mit einer tollen, internationalen Kultur. Mir gefällt die Mischung aus Scale-Up und Professionalität. Heißt man kann viel ändern und anpacken, es wird aber nicht erwartet, dass man >40h dafür arbeiten muss. Come as you are and leave your mark :)

Ich wüsste ehrlich gesagt nicht, was ich hier als Verbesserungsvorschlag nennen könnte. Vielleicht, dass wie oben genannt die "Kommunikation" in manchen Dingen früher passiert, aber ich denke, dass ich das weiter oben schon beschrieben habe. Für mich kein wirklicher negativ-Punkt.
Hier und da würde ein wenig mehr Berufserfahrung bei der Besetzung neuer Stellen ggf. Vorteile mit sich bringen.

Zusammenhalt wird bei gridX wirklich groß geschrieben, man versteht sich untereinander und alle gehen auf Augenhöhe mit einander um.

It’s still too early for me to tell personally, but I see lots of colleagues getting promoted, being able to take on new and exciting opportunities. That is a great sign.
