Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Spanish dominance, non-equality, Stressful work environment, almost no appreciation and no salary hike, Internal politics, No issues resolving mechanism and last but not least the worst part is Management and the people on key positions are incompetent

Reshuffling of the Management, Inclusiveness and Openness to accept the others views, Welcoming culture and Work-life balance should be adopted immediately
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Stressful and dominating work culture. If it fits and in favor of your Spanish hierarchy then everything is OK, otherwise keep working under pressure and get yourself targeted. Too much internal politics.
Kommunikation
Open to communicate always, but don't include other's views. No openness or innovative ideas are not welcomed if it doesn't include Spain or Spanish colleagues. All strategies are done in Headquarters and imposed on all other locations.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are good and friendly at Bamberg location, the Management people are worst.
Work-Life-Balance
It doesn't exist in GA dictionary, worst ever experienced. Personal and professional are mixed here.

Incompetent Management, no decision making. Issues are not handled and People holding the key positions are very biased.
Interessante Aufgaben
Less resources and very high work-load. The roles and responsibilities are defined in a mess and one always get additional work for completely different area for missing resources
