3 Schichtsystem, wenig Spielraum bei der Auftragsbewältigung, Zeitmanagement ist ok, kollegial könnte mehr Zusammenhalt sein. Meistens unterbesetzt wegen zu dünner Personaldecke. Vorgesetzte sind immer bemüht den Bedürfnissen der Mitarbeiter nachzukommen(kurzfristig Gleitzeit/Urlaub)
