Overall, the atmosphere is very good. During home office it’s a little difficult to maintain but especially in the office it’s really a family.

Overall many projects and it also goes into your private life sometimes but on the other hand work is very fun and often feels like a hobby.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are development opportunities which are also communicated. However the company is not super big so not always good opportunities. But then steps can be huge.
Gehalt/Benefits
Not the best pay but always willing to pay for value creation like share of revenue generated.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Hanfgeflüster stands for environmental consciousness. Many efforts are undertaken and the company is CO2 negative. Take out is bought in vytal boxes so nothing bad there.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team bonding is beyond. Colleagues party and take vacations together. Its a little split up now but I guess must be this way with 50ppl.

Work and how you treat others is important. Not your age, gender, salary…

Leads demand output but are overall very open and embrace a flat hierarchy.

Nice office with the needed amenities. Very good location. Nothing special.

Lot‘s of communication. Most management and employees answer super quickly and try to help.
Gleichberechtigung
Very diverse in general. However Leadership is quite male.
Interessante Aufgaben
Management tries to split the interesting and not so exciting tasks between the departments. However some tasks are quite repetitive.
