Most of the time there are no problem with WLB. The supervisors are humane and will never force you to do overtime.

Just look at their webpage. The social media image of HC as a bad company is absolutely wrong. Lots of things were done in the direction of sustainability.

Training and Learning Days for IT organized every 2 weeks with lots of interesting topics. There was a plan to implement Udemy for Business too. Quite a lot of internal trainings for IT folks.
