It's a rare treasure to be in a company that as a whole feels like your home team and where you look forward to spend time with to do your thing. The employer is trying to create the professional space where one wants to be and strive towards shared goals.
This question takes a long time of pondering with no real result. Still miss the table tennis table from my previous employee, though...
I would wish the IT strategy a bit more divers regarding hardware or operating systems. Inherently there is no need based on our products or development environments to stick with the same vendor lock-in and ecosystem as "everybody" else. - On the good side, there is already a great deal of flexibility and openness to alternative solutions.
All remote company, still feels like really being with your team. Superiors are listening and are open to take input. They give honest and helpful feedback at the same time and actively work on solving any kind of issues together.
This is a startup with a still small and very close to each other team. We're still building up our image and are aware of need to create an image to the outside world. Internally there's no doubt, that this is a great place to be and to grow with.
