I appreciate the company's forward-thinking approach to BIM and technological compatibility. Significant resources are invested in staying current with the latest software on the market, and the presence of internal developers enables us to effectively address project-specific needs — for example, through the use of Revit HENN Tools, the Research and Development team, and ongoing efforts to integrate AI-based solutions.

I would appreciate having the option to work from abroad. Completely restricting this possibility creates a significant emotional barrier, especially for international employees.
While setting a time limit is understandable, not allowing remote work from abroad at all feels out of step with modern working standards. I believe the company can place greater trust in its employees when it comes to mobile work and adopt a more flexible approach in this regard.

I believe the company should invest more in strengthening side benefits such as gym memberships, professional coaching, further education, and language courses.
The recent policy change regarding German courses is, in my view, a step in the wrong direction. Limiting the available options and leaving only one of the most expensive providers on the market does not support our international colleagues. I struggle to see how this decision benefits either the employees or the company.
