Meist ist es relativ ruhig, selten wird halt wie bei jedem Betrieb ein bisschen Zeitdruck auf einen ausgeübt, aber das hat man überall in der Industrie
Man wird oft gefragt ob man am Samstag Zeit hat mal zu arbeiten, aber kriegt auch sehr oft Urlaub sehr kurzfristig unter der Woche genehmigt, solange es kein zu großen Zeitdruck bei einem Projekt gibt oder Aufgaben wie Kabelziehen, die mehrere Gesellen und Azubis erforderten
