Es wurde immer kommuniziert wenn es etwas gab und der Umgang war sehr angenehm
In meiner Abteilung war es sehr spannend, ich habe aber auch von anderen gehört, wo es leider nicht so schien.
Es wird sehr viel geredet und gemeetet und geprüft, im Changeprozess wurde mehr Unsicherheit geschürt als Klarheit geschaffen, Leute fallen einfach hinten runter, im Nebensatz.
im Bereich Multimedia/Online sehr viel legacy Code und alte Tools. keine aktuelle Technik.
